This is a Disney creation called "The Tree of Life" and it is the centerpiece of Discovery Island. It is huge and has animals carved into it.
This is looking across the way into Asia and Mt. Everest which is a ride called Expedition Everest. We didn't go on it. It had the longest FastPass line for it that we have seen so far.
Disney is always working to improve things, and they had signs of Walt Disney's sayings on the area that was under construction.
The line for our Kilimanjaro Safari wasn't too bad.
We had a bus with a driver for this 22 minute trip.
