We went for a drive Thursday afternoon and arrived at Bear Lake -- elevation 9475 feet! Yes, I do have on 4 layers of clothing and I got out my earmuffs and gloves. Our campground is only 8160 feet -- much better!
Dave was cold!
This is Bear Lake -- glacier fed and so clear. It was even spitting snowflakes when we were on the trail walking to it.
