The area around McIver State Park is a big Christmas Tree growing area. Various fields are filled with trees, with the trees in each field being about the same size and all the same variety.
There are many U-Cut Christmas Tree places. The signs seemed to indicate that they started at $25.00 for a Noble Fir.
