Sunday, May 24th

Well, here we are at the end of our cruise. The disembarkation process was long and tedious. After getting off the ship, this was the line we had to wait in for about 45 minutes to ride a shuttle bus over to the parking lot. It was crazy!

Then, something happened to our Garmin -- OHHH NOOO! We knew how to get back to the park and the motorhome, but we knew that we would need it during the rest of the trip or would have to buy a new one. We don't know what or how it happened, but we must have lost at least 3 pieces of the part that plugs in to the cigarette lighter. We pulled over in front of an AAA office which was closed on Sunday. We found a fuse and the metal tip, but not the piece that holds them together, but, fortunately, it is enough to make it work. We don't know how or when it came apart -- either when we removed it or when we got it out to put it back in to use it. Whew! That was scary!

We left Bothell that Sunday afternoon because it was a holiday weekend and we wanted to get out of Seattle when the traffic was possibly not as bad. We stayed in Puyallup at the Fair Grounds where we've stayed once before, but this time we had interesting neighbors about half a mile away. Well, guess what? It was a Mexican Circus -- El Circo Vazquez. The hostess at the campground told us that they had elephants and lions and tigers, but that they were done about 10:30. They really didn't bother us.
