Dave enjoyed this storyboard about the people who journeyed West on the Oregon Trail. It says (you can left-click on the picture to enlarge it) that for $220.00 you could buy a covered wagon outfitted with food and the stock to pull it. Today, he read that 1000 left Missouri in 1843 and over the years over 50,000 people came West on the Oregon Trail.
