Port of Call -- St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.

Since we didn't have a tour booked at St. Thomas, we weren't in a big hurry to get off the ship.  We found a great spot overlooking the harbor for our breakfast.

St. Thomas is my favorite scenic port.  It is so picturesque!

We watched as the crews on all of these yachts busily shining them up.  We wondered who the owners might be.

The Celebrity Eclipse was tied up behind us.

This was our view from our starboard balcony.

We thought we'd ride up to the mall on top of the hill and have a drink . . . but at $21.00 each for the ride, that would have made for an expensive drink!  I think the price has gone up a lot since we were last there!

There's plenty of "shopping" at Havensight Mall right at the port.  We opted not to get a Taxi into town because there was big time road construction going on.

They had used pickups and cut out and modified them to hold tourists.

These flowers in front of Kate's picture were changed every couple of days.  Right across from this picture was a display holding the dress she wore, the scissors she used and the top from the champagne bottle.  No picture of it, though, and I don't know why!
