
The next stop on our tour was the Bakery . . . and you could definitely tell by the aroma when you walked in the building. Today, they were making Baklava.

Since this is quite a process, it involves a lot of people . . . and a lot of butter!

The two guys on the left are scoring and cutting the trays of Baklava. The put them on those racks.

Then the whole racks roll into the ovens. There are 10 ovens.

After the trays come out and the baklava is cooled, it is put into these small containers.

The containers are then shrink-wrapped and the Baklava will go into gift baskets.
