This area is just north of the Beverly Beach State Park Campground. It's called the Devil's Punchbowl.
The Devil's Punchbowl is in the center of this picture.
I knew that this picture wouldn't turn out because I was shooting into the sun, but I rather like the silhouette effect. This is under the bridge on Highway 101 above. The path connects the campground at Beverly Beach State Park to the ocean.
This is the view from the ocean to the campground. There were many families with children using this park on the Oregon Free Parks Day, and it does indeed have easy access to the beach.
