These are just sunset pictures from Artesia, New Mexico, but I like them! There was smoke in the atmosphere from a fire in Tularosa, New Mexico, so it made for some beautiful pictures.
This windmill is at their Chamber of Commerce building, but there are so many to see on the plains. Most of them have really been whirring pumping water for the cattle with all of this windy weather. We have also seen several huge windfarms with the towering windmills. We even saw parts of them being trucked when we were in Colorado, but we didn't realize that's what it was until Dan told us.
