During our final check-off list before we took off from Albuquerque on Saturday morning, we discovered that the TV antenna would not go down . . . it was frozen.
Dave knew he would have to go up on the roof one more time in order to get it down and we both had the idea to use the hair dryer to get it un-stuck.

He was outside and I was inside winding it down and it worked! Only later after a couple of people mentioned to us did it dawn on us that it wasn't really a "safe" thing to do!
See all the snow that had been graded off the freeway? And we were finally on our way to Santa Fe on I-25!
