Today we went to the Arizona Sportsmen's Expo at the Stadium with Ryan and the boys. And what do "sportsmen" always have to do? Eat, of course. First things first! That bottle of Sprite Jacob is holding was really liquid gold -- would you believe $4.25??? With the the 4 hotdogs, the total was $19.75. And it cost $15.00 per adult to get in, but we had "comp" tickets. Good thing! Thank you, Ryan.
The boys were waiting in line to fish (next picture) and Jacob thought it was "stinky" -- it was!
Part of the license fees go towards helping kids learn to fish. It was set up well and they had plenty of helpers. You really can't see the fish in the tank in this picture, but there were lots of fish to catch and release. If they caught one, the helpers put it in a net and the child could touch it and get a picture before they had them release it. The boys didn't catch one, but the boy next to them did.
They asked permission to touch this stuffed bear.
