Well, we must be crazy and surely you will think so! After the Fourth of July, Dave suggested that, while we still had all the pans out for making Fried Chicken, we should make another batch of it to freeze it for later use! We both love cold chicken, so we went to Costco and bought another 6.5 pound bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Tuesday morning we cooked up another batch.
Now . . . don't be raiding our freezer!!
