Projects

There's always something to be done when we get home. This time, the waterline to the ice maker was frozen. So . . . how do you thaw the water line in the freezer so that the water can flow into the ice maker to make ice? Well, you use that multi-purpose tool -- the hair dryer! That and then a very hot cloth wrapped around the line for a short time worked! Those DIY projects are so much better if they work!

My major project for most of this year has been working on a new Funk Family Directory. The first one I did was in 1990, so a lot has changed since then! I had a lot of information, but it was a project putting it all together. Today we assembled 32 books for mailing and they are on their way! It sure is a good feeling to get that project completed!
